Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 11, 2026

Welcome to IronWheel Auto Transport. These Terms and Conditions explain the general rules governing your use of our website, inquiries, quotations, bookings, and vehicle transportation services.

IronWheel Auto Transport is located at 2609 Web Ct, Grand Prairie, TX 75052.

By accessing our website or requesting services, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions. A transportation booking may also be subject to a separate written agreement, carrier terms, and applicable federal or state laws.

1. Services

IronWheel Auto Transport offers the following auto transportation services:

  • Open Car Transport
  • Enclosed Car Transport
  • Door-to-Door Auto Transport
  • State-to-State Auto Transport

The availability of each service depends on the requested route, vehicle specifications, scheduling requirements, and carrier availability.

The role of IronWheel Auto Transport as a motor carrier, broker, or other transportation service provider must be identified in the applicable booking agreement. Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as changing the legal responsibilities assigned to the relevant party under applicable law.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Transportation quotes are based on information provided by the customer, including vehicle make, model, year, condition, pickup location, delivery location, and requested shipping dates.

A preliminary quote is not necessarily a confirmed transportation price.

Final pricing and any permitted additional charges must be disclosed in the applicable booking agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. Changes to vehicle condition, dimensions, pickup locations, or transportation requirements may affect the available service and quoted price.

3. Booking and Confirmation

Submitting a quote request does not automatically create a confirmed transportation booking.

A booking is confirmed only after the applicable acceptance requirements have been completed.

Customers should review the shipping agreement, transportation method, payment obligations, cancellation terms, and pickup arrangements before accepting a booking.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery dates may be estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement.

Actual transportation schedules may be affected by weather, road closures, traffic, mechanical problems, regulatory requirements, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Door-to-door service means pickup and delivery at the requested addresses when legally and safely accessible.

If a carrier cannot reach a location because of road restrictions, limited clearance, or safety concerns, an alternative nearby location may be arranged with the customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipment information and preparing their vehicles for transportation.

Before pickup, customers should:

  • Remove loose personal belongings and valuables.
  • Disclose existing mechanical problems.
  • Inform the service provider about modifications or unusual vehicle dimensions.
  • Document existing vehicle damage.
  • Follow the assigned carrier’s preparation instructions.
  • Make the vehicle available at the agreed pickup location.
  • Provide keys necessary for loading and unloading.

The customer or an authorized representative should be available to complete required pickup and delivery procedures.

6. Vehicle Inspections

The vehicle’s condition should be documented during pickup and delivery using the applicable inspection documents or Bill of Lading.

Customers are encouraged to review these documents carefully and retain copies.

Any damage concerns should be recorded and reported in accordance with the applicable carrier agreement and governing law.

7. Insurance and Claims

Applicable carrier insurance, cargo coverage, exclusions, and claims procedures are governed by the carrier’s policy, transportation agreement, and relevant laws.

Customers should request and review insurance information before shipping their vehicles.

IronWheel Auto Transport does not represent that every type of loss or damage is covered.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

8. Personal Belongings

Customers should remove personal belongings from their vehicles unless their transportation agreement expressly permits certain items.

The transportation of personal property may be restricted by carrier policies, insurance terms, and applicable regulations.

Customers should not leave cash, jewelry, important documents, hazardous materials, or other prohibited items inside vehicles.

9. Payments

Payment amounts, accepted payment methods, deposit requirements, and payment due dates will be specified during booking.

Customers should review these terms before confirming transportation.

Any additional charges must be consistent with the applicable agreement and law.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation eligibility, fees, and refund procedures depend on the applicable booking agreement and the status of the transportation arrangement.

Customers should review the cancellation and refund provisions before accepting a booking.

Requests for cancellation should be directed to IronWheel Auto Transport using the contact information below.

Any refunds required by applicable law will be handled in accordance with those requirements.

11. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Transportation schedules may change because of circumstances such as severe weather, traffic restrictions, mechanical breakdowns, or other operational disruptions.

IronWheel Auto Transport will address scheduling changes in accordance with the applicable service agreement and legal obligations.
